Every member, verified against the Eurocodes — the moment it changes.
Axial is an independent verification layer that sits inside Tekla, Revit and GSA. It checks every steel member in real time, highlights what fails, and writes a tamper-proof audit trail — deterministic maths, zero hallucination.
Structural compliance is broken in three places.
The obligation to evidence safety has never been higher. The tools used to meet it haven't kept up.
Verification lags the model
Engineers re-check members by hand every time the geometry changes. It costs hours per revision — and tired hands miss things.
Checks live outside the model
Compliance happens in spreadsheets and separate tools, severed from the geometry it's meant to govern. Context is lost in the gap.
There's no defensible record
When a regulator asks how a member was signed off, the trail is thin, manual and contestable — exactly when it matters most.
One layer. Inside the model you already use.
Axial doesn't replace your modelling tools or your judgement. It verifies underneath them — continuously, independently, and on the record.
Reads every member, runs the Eurocode checks deterministically, and flags what fails — in real time, as you design. Independent of the tool that drew it.
The AI perceives. The engine decides.
Axial splits the work the way safety demands. A language model reads your drawings and models to extract parameters. Every Eurocode calculation then runs through a hard-coded, deterministic engine — so there is zero mathematical hallucination.
Model & documents
GSA / CSV geometry, drawings and specs — the unstructured reality of a project.
Extract the parameters
Sections, grades, loads and restraints — read out of messy inputs. Perception only. Never maths.
Run the Eurocode maths
Hard-coded EC3 checks. Same inputs, same result, every time. No model, no temperature, no guesswork.
Verdict + ledger entry
PASS / MARGINAL / FAIL with the governing clause and ratio — written immutably to the audit ledger.
Eight Eurocode checks. Every member. Every revision.
From cross-section classification to shear buckling — the full limit-state suite for steel, verified to EN 1993-1-1 and the UK National Annex.
See exactly which members fail — and why.
Utilisation, governing check and verdict for every member — sorted so the three that matter are never buried under the 245 that pass.
An immutable record of every decision.
Every verdict is written to a SHA-256 hash-chained ledger. Tamper with one entry and the chain breaks. It's the defensible "golden thread" the Building Safety Act 2022 demands — generated automatically, as you work.
Works where you already work.
The law already created the obligation.
Axial doesn't need to create demand. The Building Safety Act made independent, evidenced verification a statutory duty — across one of the largest construction sectors in the world.
From steel verification to a structural operating system.
EC3 steel is the wedge. The same deterministic, on-the-record approach extends into the decisions that shape cost, carbon and circularity.
Questions, answered precisely.
Does Axial change or re-run my model?
No. Axial is an independent verification layer. It reads your model, verifies every member against the Eurocodes, and writes the result to an immutable ledger. It never alters your geometry or replaces your analysis.
Does an AI do the structural maths?
No. The language model only perceives — it extracts parameters from your model and documents. Every Eurocode calculation runs through a deterministic, hard-coded engine. Same inputs, same result, every time: zero mathematical hallucination.
Which standards does it verify against?
EN 1993-1-1 with the UK National Annex, section geometry from BS 4-1:2005, and thickness-dependent material properties from BS EN 10025. Year 1 covers EC3 steel — eight limit-state checks per member.
Is this an independent Category-3 check?
Axial performs independent, deterministic verification and produces a defensible, tamper-proof audit trail aligned with the Building Safety Act 2022 "golden thread" — built to support a Category-3 independent verifier workflow.
How is the audit trail tamper-proof?
Every verdict is written to a SHA-256 hash-chained ledger. Each entry seals the one before it, so any change breaks the chain. The record is immutable and independently auditable — the golden thread, by construction.
How do I get access?
Request an early-access pilot. We're onboarding a small number of practices for Year 1 to verify steel against EC3 and build their golden-thread evidence from day one.
